Veritas partners with ambitious organisations to build the financial models, strategic frameworks, and AI-enabled capabilities that turn complexity into conviction.
Budget models, five-year plans, three-statement integrated models, forecasting frameworks, and scenario analysis for organisations making high-stakes decisions. Built to withstand scrutiny from boards, investors, and leadership teams.
Designing and implementing financial planning processes that give leadership teams genuine visibility into what drives performance — and what to do about it.
Helping finance teams navigate the AI transition — identifying where artificial intelligence creates genuine leverage, building the roadmap to get there, and developing the internal capability to sustain it.
Bridging the gap between strategic intent and financial reality. Business case development, scenario analysis, and the structured thinking that turns ambition into executable plans.
Experienced VP Finance capability for organisations in transition — whether scaling through growth, navigating restructuring, or building the financial foundations for the next stage.
Purpose-built AI tools that encode senior finance judgement into accessible, scalable products. From automated variance analysis to structured knowledge capture for finance teams facing transitions.
Across in-house leadership roles and advisory engagements, Veritas has worked with organisations at every stage — from FTSE-listed multinationals and private equity-backed companies to high-growth ventures at Seed and Series A — on finance strategy, planning, and transformation.
That judgement comes from experience — years spent inside complex organisations, understanding what drives performance, what the board actually needs to hear, and where the real risks hide. It also comes from something harder to teach: the intuition to sense what the numbers alone cannot tell you, and the courage to act on it.
Veritas brings both. Rigorous analytical capability grounded in fifteen years of practice, combined with the instinct for what matters that only comes from having sat in the room when the decisions were made.
We also believe AI is the most significant shift in how finance functions operate since the spreadsheet. Used well, it amplifies senior thinking — automating the routine so experienced people can focus on the decisions that matter. Used badly, it gives fast, confident answers to the wrong questions. Anyone can upload a file to an AI tool. The value is in knowing what to ask, how to interpret what comes back, and what it means for the business. We help organisations get this right.
Veritas is Latin for truth. It is a founding commitment, not a brand name. Every engagement begins with understanding what is actually happening — beneath the narrative, the assumptions, and the inherited beliefs about how the business works. We find the root cause, not the surface symptom.
We do not sell methodologies. We bring rigorous thinking, deep financial expertise, and the honesty to say what others avoid. The deliverable is clarity — the kind that makes the right decision obvious.
Veritas brings over fifteen years of experience in finance and strategy across a range of recognised organisations — including KPMG, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, and WeWork, along with VP Finance leadership at a venture-backed company in Vancouver, Canada.
The firm is led by Claire Love, who holds a physics degree from the University of Oxford and is a CIMA-qualified management accountant. She has led FP&A teams, built financial models for boards and investors, and directed transformation programmes that changed how organisations plan, report, and make decisions.
Veritas's current focus is on the convergence of artificial intelligence and the finance function — helping organisations understand not just what AI can automate, but how it fundamentally changes what finance teams can see and do.
Whether you are facing a specific financial challenge, building the models to support a major decision, or exploring how AI can transform your finance function — we would welcome the opportunity to understand your situation.
